Contact – Nzsolebookie
This page tells readers who answers for Nzsolebookie, how that party is reached, and the rules under which the content on betting with TAB NZ is written.
Publisher
Name, legal form, postal address and e-mail for direct contact are available at solebookienz.com. They are given so that the site can be identified and so that a question or complaint has somewhere to go.
Purpose of the site
The site is editorial and informational, about racing and sports betting. It takes no bets, keeps no customer accounts, receives no money and does not connect readers with bookmakers. Forecasts promising a win are not published.
The New Zealand frame
Section 74AAA of the Racing Industry Act 2020 makes TAB NZ the only provider that may lawfully offer racing and sports betting to people in New Zealand, a position held since 28 June 2025 through the brands TAB and Betcha. Compliance is supervised by the Department of Internal Affairs. Offshore bookmakers are not licensed here, and there is no licence to apply for. The minimum age for betting with TAB NZ is 18.
Content and links
Articles are prepared carefully and revisited from time to time, yet odds, markets and offer terms keep changing, so the provider’s current terms decide in every case. Nzsolebookie is not responsible for decisions based on its content; the Fair Trading Act 1986 prohibits misleading conduct in trade, and the pages are written accordingly. Outside links were checked when added, but their later content is the business of their owners alone. A link to unlawful content is taken down once it is reported.
Copyright
Texts, tables and graphics are protected by the Copyright Act 1994. Use going beyond fair dealing requires written consent from the editors in advance.
Gambling harm
Betting carries a risk of harm. Anyone noticing signs of excessive gambling in themselves or in someone close can approach the Gambling Helpline or Safer Gambling Aotearoa. TAB NZ also describes deposit limits, bet limits and self-exclusion on its own pages.
